I have a confession 
to make
about being a Mexican
without a 
tongue

for whatever reason
I have a kind of [anxiety] 
about ordering 
Mexican food 
from the likes of 
white people

This stems
from the fact 
that a large part of the 
[racism]
surrounding Mexican culture
has to do with our food
despite the fact that 
white people
love it
