Good for who, exactly?

I came across this “gem” of a post and my first thought was: if the economy is “good,” then who, exactly, is it good for…?

It’s quite the question and the subject of many a pundit and political spin these days. After all, there’s all kinds of “misinformation” out there doncha’ know? Gotta be careful and know who’s on the up and up and who’s on the take.

To answer this person’s question, you combat this politically with propaganda and the government is doing a fine job of that all by themselves.

See, if you’re on one side of the argument, the economy is fantastic! Things couldn’t be better, people are delusional and the person responsible isn’t getting any credit!

But if you’re on the other side, the economy is awful! Things couldn’t be worse, people are delusional and the person responsible isn’t getting enough blame!

Sound familiar?

Bu the truth is something else entirely.
