Hola! You may have noticed that I haven’t been so “social” lately. This is partially on purpose and partially by accident. Or maybe you haven’t noticed. That’s fine. Either way I figured I would take this opportunity to explain what’s going on and what to expect moving forward with my work.

To put it simply: I’ve lost steam on what little social media I do use so let me at least try to explain it.

It’s no secret that I loathe social media and the zombified culture that it breeds. It’s been like this for a while but recently I had to completely cease all activity due to personal issues and ever since then, it’s been difficult comprehending going back to the grind.

And by “grind” I mean the daily task of posting “content” in order to stay “relevant” and keep people “interested.”

I hate that part and it always feels forced and like pulling teeth.

There are oodles and oodles of tools and formulas for doing this; I simply refuse to partake in any of it because the banality of it all drives me up the wall.

It’s not that I don’t know what to do it’s just that I have little interest in doing it.

Long story short: I suck at social media and that’s not on accident.
