Back when Ren & Stimpy were on TV, they used to have a segment on the show called “Ask Dr. Stupid.” In it, Dr. Stupid (portrayed by Stimpy) answers questions asked by various people, often giving nonsensical and ridiculous answers. It showcased how stupid Stimpy was.
